Gasco operates under the ERA Environmental Permit No.EP0011/10/*. This covers the company operations in terms of importation, storage of LPG and filling of cylinders. Amongst other obligations the permit demands duty of care by all employees to protect the environment. This is sustained through adherence to environmental obligations and legislations and audits conducted by the Environment Resources Authority.
Emergency Response Plan is also in place of which both the Environment Resources Authority and the Civil Protection Department have a copy. The Emergency Response Plan is consistent with the requirements and provisions set out under the COMAH Regulations.
